Wuyi tea also known as “Bohea” (武夷红茶) in English, which is a category of Black teas (紅茶樹) and Oolong teas (烏龍樹) grown in the Wuyi Mountain Fujian China.
The Wuyi region produces a number of well-known teas, including “Lapsang Souchong (立山小種) (Zheng Shan Souchong (正山小種) and Da Hong Pao (大紅袍). It has historically been one of the major centres of tea production in Fujian province and globally. Both Black tea and Oolong tea is now the most famous in the world.
